Senior Officer - Medical Claims

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical claims department and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) - Handle medical claims inquiries and provide clients with support throughout the claims process - Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurers to facilitate timely pre-approvals - Review reports and medical documents submitted by clients and communicate with insurance companies for claim assessments - Liaise with hospitals and clinics to resolve escalations and secure necessary approvals - Manage claim follow-ups, policy settlements, and address customer queries promptly - Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, health administration, or a related field - Previous experience in medical claims or healthcare coordination is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners - Prepare and negotiate quotations to ensure competitive and suitable insurance solutions - Coordinate with insurers to ensure timely policy issuance and processing of new and renewal policies - Follow up on renewals and assist in claims resolution when needed - Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and maintain accurate records.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field - Solid knowledge of general insurance products - 3 to 5 years of experience in P&C - Strong negotiation, client servicing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of facultative accounts, including renewals and new business - Structure and negotiate facultative placements with local, regional, and international reinsurers - Prepare and issue reinsurance slips and supporting documentation as required - Maintain accurate records of submissions, quotations, placements, and endorsements using internal systems - Develop and strengthen relationships with clients (cedants), reinsurers, and other stakeholders - Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless placement and service delivery - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and reinsurers to secure timely closings.


Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in facultative reinsurance - Strong knowledge of property, engineering, and power lines of business - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills - Proven ability to manage complex placements - Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
