Requirements: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field - Proven track record in Motor Insurance Underwriting and/or Sales (minimum 7 years, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory / managerial role) - Experience with underwriting automation tools and data analysis is a strong plus - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster positive relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders - Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing underwriting team.

Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in the Lebanese market - Prepare comprehensive tender/bid documents (legal, technical, financial) and ensure timely submission for both public and private sector opportunities - Present and effectively demonstrate the company's services - Develop customized service offerings for prospective clients - Draft and coordinate the preparation of Memorandums of Understanding and Non-Disclosure Agreements with potential clients in collaboration with the Legal department.

Requirements: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in the health insurance industry, preferably with a third-party administrator or insurance company - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities: Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks - Develops internal audit work programs of the company’s financial and operational processes and systems and procedures to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records and efficiency of operations - Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques - Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment - Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement - Documents the results of audit work in accordance with audit department and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards - Prepares timely audit reports for executive management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.

Requirements: Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance - CIA/CMA/MBA/Masters is highly recommended - Excellent knowledge in insurance business operations and risk-based auditing attained through a minimum of 10 years work experience with a focus on operational, financial risks and regulatory requirements - Excellent understanding of the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ability to fully comply with IIA standards.

Responsibilities: Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal quotations and solutions for clients - Ensure timely policy issuance through effective follow-ups with insurers - Manage General Insurance-related claims efficiently - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with insurance company loss adjusters and clients to resolve issues - Prepare comprehensive reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) through data collection and variance analysis.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field - Associate Diploma from a recognized insurance institute is a plus - 2-3 years of experience in the General Insurance line, ideally within the GCC region - Strong knowledge of insurance underwriting practices and processes - Robust analytical and presentation abilities.
